Offering traditional room types, the special conference rates available for rooms with 2 queen beds or 1 king bed and a sofa bed. Reservations must be made by Friday, July 3rd, to get the special conference rate.

Queen Standard Room – $107.00 per night

Queen Studio – $119.00 per night

King Standard Room – $101.00 per night

Transportation

If you are flying to the conference, there are two airports nearby – Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL). If you need transportation from the airport, please call the Rodgers Baptist Church office to arrange transportation.

While the conference hotel does not provide shuttle service, we are happy to provide a scheduled pickup and drop off for morning and evening at both conference hotels. Please contact the church office to let us know if you would like to use this service.
